The Secret Guide To Body Beast Bulk Chest
Bulk Chest is the first Bulk exercise you'll do in Body Beast if you follow the schedule. The Bulk phase focuses on one part of your body each day. This is in contrast to the Build phase which focuses on two (save shoulders and legs). The workouts are short and you focus on one specific area of your body to bulk up. You will also be exposed to progressive sets and force sets during the Bulk phase, which you were not able to perform during construction. The Body Beast Bulk Chest is a 30-minute exercise that includes both traditional and modern exercises. Because you will be working hard with the stability ball or bench, it is important to have one. The force set is my favorite because you can hold the weight for the whole time, and then after 5 repetitions the weight will be in its contracted position. It will be very difficult if you choose heavy weights. The Progressive set is also excellent and exhausting. You will go from 15 to 8 reps. After a rest, you can go from 8 to 15 rep
